Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to their party, and take messages as needed.
Greet, assist, and check-in all visitors.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, shipping, etc.
Assist any upper management as needed.
Process invoices for various vendors.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
Must be flexible and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Technology : Word, Excel, Publisher, and multi-line phone system
