Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor; participate in store recovery and daily housekeeping/shifts.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; able to multi-task.
• Able to respond to changes or unexpected situations; works well with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Starting Pay

Starting pay range: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by factors including relevant skills and experience.
