Overview

We have new immediate openings for IT Technicians with our leading global technology client in New Carlisle, IN. This is a hands-on role installing hardware racks, connecting fiber optic cabling, and troubleshooting network hardware that powers cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Install hardware racks and ensure they are ready for deployment in a data center environment.
• Support the installation and configuration of IT hardware and cabling infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and fiber optic connectivity issues (Cisco, Juniper switches, MTP, MPO).
• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Identify, document, and track technical issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams as needed.
• Follow pre-established procedures and guidelines while working under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT technical support experience.
• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Exposure to fiber optic cabling and cable terminations (MTP/MPO).
• Familiarity with enterprise network switches (Cisco, Juniper).
• Familiarity with data center operations a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
