Korn Ferry has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced investment firm is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the Chief Operating Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The position involves a blend of administrative precision and operational insight, supporting both day-to-day logistics and broader organizational initiatives.
This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, based in West Los Angeles.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing shifting priorities and high-volume calendar demands
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership sessions, board gatherings, and recurring check-ins
- Plan and execute detailed travel arrangements for domestic and international trips, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries
- Track action items and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-through on behalf of the COO
- Prepare executive briefing materials and background documentation for meetings and decision-making
- Draft and manage professional correspondence and logistical communications
- Act as a liaison to internal teams and external stakeholders, representing the COO with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with other executive support staff to ensure seamless coordination across departments
- Handle sensitive business and personnel information with confidentiality and sound judgment
What You Bring:
- 7–10+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced, professional environments.
- Polished presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership, clients, and investors.
- Prior experience in financial services, private equity, venture capital, or investment management is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a polished and professional tone
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with comfort working across departments and functions
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay ahead of shifting priorities
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Compensation: The salary for this role is competitive and aligned with experience, typically ranging from the low six figures up to $200K base, with additional performance-based bonus potential and competitive benefits. Final package will reflect the candidate’s background, scope of responsibilities, and contribution to the organization.
