We’re partnering with a highly respected healthcare foundation in Orange County that is committed to excellence, community impact, and innovation. They are seeking a Manager of Foundation Finance to play a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission.

About the Role

$50-60/hour

• Complex journal entry support, account analysis, and reconciliations
• Interim financial statements and board reporting
• Financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and fund transfers
• Supporting audits and internal controls
• Helping to design and document new processes

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Advanced Excel and strong general ledger systems experience
• Knowledge of nonprofit/fund accounting a strong plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
