Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop a team of accounting staff.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with GAAP.
• Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving business environment.
