Position type and schedule: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am.
Hourly information: Starting at $12 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests; ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
- Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
