Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of Office Services
  • Oversee overall office appearance, organization, and upkeep
  • Monitor and address office needs, including repairs, restocking, and maintenance issues
  • Partner with the Office Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and services
  • Maintain seating charts, office manuals, and organized filing systems
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and activities
  • Communicate effectively with team members both in-person and virtually

Requirements

  • 2+ years of facilities management and administrative support experience
  • Polished, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent task prioritization abilities
  • Event planning or coordination experience a plus
