Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsibly select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Follow all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
7. Receive and store orders in optimal temperature zones, ensuring accuracy and quality.
8. Follow notes and instructions for order preparation.
9. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
10. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
11. Provide a positive customer service experience to promote repeat business.
12. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
13. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
15. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
16. Assist in training new team members.
17. Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
18. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
19. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
20. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
