Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards while on the move.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Read and follow notes for specific instructions.
10. Ensure all items are fresh and of high quality.
11. Communicate professionally with customers via phone and respond promptly.
12. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.
13. Provide a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
14. Process orders through the POS system.
15. Handle out-of-stock items with appropriate substitutions per policy.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
17. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
18. Perform opening and closing procedures.
19. Assist in training new team members.
20. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
21. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
22. Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
23. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
24. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
