Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
6. Follow safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety procedures.
7. Provide positive customer interactions, including managing conflicts professionally.
8. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
9. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, or cashier is preferred.
