Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, variety, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Receive orders, store items properly, and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles, ensuring correctness.
• Provide positive customer interactions to promote repeat business.
• Process transactions through POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in high-paced environments.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Support customers with special needs and minors.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
