In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse range of programs, engage with members, and oversee staff while also driving fundraising efforts and fostering collaborative relationships with community agencies. We seek a proactive leader committed to driving membership growth and recruitment, adept in budgeting, and ready to actively engage with association directors to develop innovative strategies. Your leadership will extend to recruiting, developing, and guiding volunteers, staff, and the board of advisors. Upholding the organization's policies and procedures—especially those focused on the prevention of abuse—is essential.
