About the Role
The organization is on the lookout for a passionate and strategic Director of Branch Operations to spearhead the administration of its branch. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse range of programs, engage with members, and oversee staff while also driving fundraising efforts and fostering collaborative relationships with community agencies. We seek a proactive leader committed to driving membership growth and recruitment, adept in budgeting, and ready to actively engage with association directors to develop innovative strategies.
Your leadership will extend to recruiting, developing, and guiding volunteers, staff, and the board of advisors. Upholding the organization's policies and procedures—especially those focused on the prevention of abuse—is essential. We value candidates who can dynamically contribute to our mission and engage deeply with our community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a relevant field
Proven history in fundraising and membership growth
Strong background in volunteer and staff supervision
Experience in budgeting, financial development, and community relations
A Master's degree is a plus
Excellent communication skills are essential
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
