Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Title : HR Admin - LOA Support

Pay : $25-28/hour

Schedule : Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00pm

This temporary HR role focuses on managing Leave of Absence (LOA) processes within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and track LOA requests and documentation

Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave policies and timelines

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations

Maintain accurate records and support HR reporting

Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions during employee leaves

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Prior experience in HR, LOA management of at least 2 years

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
