Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)

represents the face of the company, providing compassionate, professional care to patients. The PSR II is responsible for

performing phlebotomy, specimen collection, and processing duties

while ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, adaptability to cover multiple locations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, explain procedures, and collect blood/specimen samples skillfully and safely Verify patient identification and labeling accuracy, ensuring compliance with procedures Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection in line with established practices Maintain proper documentation, records, and patient confidentiality Provide excellent customer service while fostering patient trust and confidence Respond to daily workload requirements and support multiple locations if needed Travel as required with reliable transportation and valid driver's license Uphold safety standards, company policies, and compliance guidelines Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years of

phlebotomy experience

(including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) At least 2 years in a

Patient Service Center environment

preferred Customer service experience in retail or service environments preferred Keyboarding and data entry proficiency Required Education & Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA) Required Skills:

Excellent phlebotomy skills across multiple patient groups Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a

high-volume, fast-paced

environment Preferred Skills:

Experience with electronic medical records or lab information systems Superior customer service and patient interaction abilities Additional Skills:
