L1 & L2 Tech Support

will be responsible for:

Provide first-line support for all IT incidents and service requests. Respond to inquiries via multiple channels promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues. Guide users through resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain detailed records of user interactions and resolutions. Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft preferred. Strong communication skills. Customer service excellence. Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work various shifts. Desired Skills:

3-5 years experience in IT support roles. Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCNA. Proficiency in networking concepts. Experience with service ticketing systems. Strong troubleshooting abilities.
