As a
Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative , you'll be the welcoming face of one of the nation's leading diagnostic service providers. This role focuses on collecting quality specimens and preparing them for testing while delivering
empathetic care
and maintaining
strict accuracy and compliance . You'll support patient wellness and provider insights through every sample collected.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily specimen collection duties accurately and promptly under supervisor guidance. Create a
safe and professional
environment for all patients. Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collections per protocol. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures. Uphold a positive image to patients, colleagues, and the broader public. Required Experience
Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy or clinical lab experience. Demonstrated skill in pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy. Experience with data entry and patient systems. Nice-to-Have Experience
1+ years of phlebotomy experience. Customer service in healthcare, retail, or hospitality. Required Skills
Proven ability to deliver
quality, error-free
work in a high-volume setting. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexible availability for rotational weekends, holidays, and potential overtime. Preferred Skills
Medical Assistant or Paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification
(Required in California). Additional Skills
Strong interpersonal communication. Attention to detail and patient privacy. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Benefits
