We are seeking a

Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

to support a leading national diagnostics provider. In this critical front-line role, you'll be responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, maintaining a

safe, professional environment , and ensuring specimen integrity from collection through lab processing. This position requires strong interpersonal skills,

phlebotomy expertise , and the ability to thrive under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all daily specimen collection duties under supervisor direction. Create a safe and professional patient-facing environment. Accurately collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens. Maintain required documentation and patient logs. Positively represent the organization to patients, clients, and the public. Required Experience

At least 6 months of phlebotomy or related healthcare experience. Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy expertise. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. Nice-to-Have Experience

1+ years of experience in phlebotomy or specimen collection. Customer service in a healthcare or retail setting. Required Skills

Deliver

error-free work

in high-volume environments. Ability to work independently without direct oversight. Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Preferred Skills

Medical Assistant or Paramedic background. Phlebotomy certification

(Required in CA). Additional Skills

Confidentiality and HIP wareness. Time management and multitasking. Compassionate, clear communication with patients. Benefits
