General Summary
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant handles all aspects of leasing production at the community. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects. Achieve individual and group leasing targets; communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager. Respond promptly and effectively to online rental inquiries. Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for sales & leasing models, and communicate issues promptly. Maintain the "tour route" to high standards and address any problems. Close leases effectively by asking for the sale. Ensure lead information accuracy in Resman and Knock. Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter. Manage the community waitlist and communicate updates to prospects. Make warm calls to prospects as needed. Properly execute screening procedures. Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork. Collect funds and move-in fees appropriately. Maintain "model open" signs daily, ensuring they look presentable. Support customer service efforts at the community. Perform other tasks as assigned.
