Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking diagnostic testing. You will collect and prepare blood specimens while ensuring

accuracy, patient comfort, and compliance

with clinical standards. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support multiple sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily specimen collection and processing with accuracy and professionalism Maintain a safe, clean, and

patient-focused environment Conduct both clinical and forensic specimen collections per SOP Verify patient identity and labeling accuracy after each collection Maintain proper records and documentation Support multiple clinic sites and cover additional locations as needed Promote a positive organizational image with patients and staff Required Experience:

3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Proficiency with data entry and keyboard use Nice-to-Have Experience:

2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment Customer service background in healthcare, retail, or service industries Required Skills:

Strong phlebotomy techniques

(pediatric, geriatric, capillary) Ability to deliver

error-free work

in a fast-paced environment Independent judgment and decision-making skills Preferred Skills:

Medical assistant or paramedic training Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Additional Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to safety, policies, and confidentiality standards Benefits:
