Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Eastern) Job Summary: As a
Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative , you will be the key patient-facing professional ensuring the accurate collection and processing of blood specimens. You will uphold the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and customer service in support of diagnostic excellence. The role demands independent judgment, adaptability, and superior phlebotomy skills within high-volume clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
clinical and forensic specimen collection
confidently and accurately. Draw blood samples from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients. Prepare, label, and document specimens according to lab protocols. Verify patient information and confirm labeling accuracy post-venipuncture. Maintain a professional and safe work environment. Travel to multiple locations as needed to support
in-office and PSC collections . Comply with all company policies including safety, dress code, and confidentiality standards. Demonstrate a commitment to

and customer focus. Required Experience:
3 years of phlebotomy experience
required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum
2 years in a Patient Service Center environment
preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory in CA, NV, and WA). Customer service background in retail or clinical settings. Keyboard/data entry proficiency. Nice-to-Have Experience:
Medical assistant or paramedic training. On-call, overtime, or weekend coverage experience. Required Skills:
Advanced phlebotomy across all age groups Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality Preferred Skills:
Patient-centered communication Knowledge of labeling, documentation, and safety protocols Flexibility to support multiple locations and rotating schedules Additional Skills:
Supporting training location variability Handling high-volume patient loads Effective multi-tasking and prioritization Benefits:
