We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment, control systems, and facility electrical infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and wiring Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation Install and maintain electrical components of manufacturing machinery, such as drives, PLCs, and circuit breakers Use testing devices (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes) to locate electrical faults Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support root cause analysis and equipment upgrades Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in CMMS or tracking systems Support plant shutdowns, installations, and special projects as needed Professional Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience Solid understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, controls, and power distribution Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial automation equipment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation Knowledge of NFPA 70E and other relevant electrical safety standards High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or licensed electrician status preferred Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied environmental conditions Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods Exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and manufacturing conditions (PPE provided)
