$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year This range is provided by Confidential. Your actual pay will be commensurate with your skills and experience, so please consult with your recruiter for more information. Key Responsibilities Act as the main HR contact for all US employees. Draft and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and various employment-related documents. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment assistance, onboarding, induction, performance management, career development, and offboarding. Conduct exit processes such as exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements. Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with Texas labor laws. Oversee and process payroll for all US employees in accordance with federal and Texas state regulations. Ensure precise calculations of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits. Stay informed on taxation requirements (federal, state, local) and ensure timely filing and compliance. Work with Finance to reconcile payroll and statutory reporting. Establish, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with global HR standards and adhere to local US/Texas specifications. Ensure compliance with US employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.) and Texas labor regulations. Conduct regular HR audits to verify adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Create and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs and market standards. Assist managers with workforce planning and organizational design. Engage in performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and allowances in compliance with US regulations. Assist with compensation reviews and benchmarking activities to maintain competitive offerings. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Generate HR reports, including headcount, turnover, payroll costs, and absenteeism, for both local and global HR teams. Manage the ERP (Bamboo system) for US operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on payroll administration, drafting contracts, and policy development. Extensive knowledge of US federal labor laws and Texas employment and taxation regulations. Experience in Oil & Gas or manufacturing environments is preferred. Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
