recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, and employee recognition programs . much more! Day-to-day, you will: Manage full-cycle recruitment i ncluding job postings, resume review, interviews, and compliance with EEOC and Affirmative Action requirements. Administer new hire processes
such as offer letters, background checks, onboarding, and orientation. Perform a thorough orientation for new employees
with a comprehensive overview of benefits; oversee and drive the entire onboarding process, ensuring assignments are pushed out and completed. Support benefits administration , including open enrollment, wellness reimbursements, and employee inquiries. Oversee payroll processing,
timecard approvals, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance and timely final pay. Maintain personnel records , I-9 compliance, and employment posters; submit required EEO filings. Respond to
employment verification requests
and assist with
FMLA tracking . Oversee employee recognition programs
and serve as the first point of contact for audits and HR policy questions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree
in business, human resources management or closely related field. Three (3) to five (5) years
of experience performing the duties listed above Current
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
certification preferred Prior experience processing payroll
with benefits administration Intermediate understanding of employment laws
and regulations and how they apply to day-to-day HR functions. Ability to demonstrate
proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines , with the ability to adapt within a changing environment Intermediate software skills , including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn new software systems Intermediate skills using
Applicant tracking (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Ability to use office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scan Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
(oral and written) required Customer service experience
