Job Summary: The

Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II

is a key healthcare support role, helping patients navigate clinical visits and lab testing confidently. You'll ensure quality sample collection and data accuracy, delivering a compassionate patient experience and supporting high-performance healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

phlebotomy and specimen processing

duties per clinical and forensic standards. Verify and label specimens in the presence of the patient with complete demographic accuracy. Provide outstanding service while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Travel to other sites as required, with minimal notice. Maintain accurate logs, records, and compliance documentation. Project a

positive image to patients, colleagues, and clients . Required Experience:

Three years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary procedures. Demonstrated independence in professional healthcare settings. Must have

reliable transportation

and a valid driver's license. Nice-to-Have Experience:

Minimum

2 years in a Patient Service Center

setting. Retail, hospitality, or healthcare-related customer service. Data entry or medical systems proficiency. Required Skills:

High-level

phlebotomy skills with accuracy and speed Strong communication and reliability in shift adherence Adaptability in multi-location, high-volume workflows Preferred Skills:

Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA) Training in

Medical Assistant or Paramedic

programs Confidentiality awareness and adherence to safety policies Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays Strong interpersonal engagement and

customer-first attitude Additional Skills:

Must live within a

20-25 minute commute radius

of site Must be able to stay the full shift and maintain punctuality Compliance with company dress code and behavior standards Travel support and cross-location flexibility required Benefits:
