Overview

The Marketing & Communications Specialist

is responsible for the overall marketing strategies that need to be conducted in order to support Bank regions and lines of business. The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for the development of cohesive marketing plans and analytics, as well as creative revisions and compliance approvals. She/he is responsible for the implementation of digital marketing plans and must constantly conduct analysis to ensure that the efforts are in line with expectations. Accountability : Adheres to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Follows unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Reports any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and complies with mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training as assigned. Essential Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for all products/services in the digital space. 20% Work with agency content/creative development for email marketing, e-drops, events, and digital demand generation advertising campaigns. 20% Successfully manage and execute marketing initiatives and small projects. 20% Act as a marketing subject matter expert providing best practices, trends and recommendations to marketing program managers and business partners. 15% Prepare and execute marketing plans for assigned regions and/or lines of business under the supervision of a direct supervisor. 15% Provide support to other marketing program managers in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions to improve overall results. 5% Process routine paperwork, including compliance, legal, accounting and payables under direct instruction of immediate supervisor. 5% Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Administration 1-3 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience needed to be able to perform the functions of this job. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
