Director of Sales And Business Development at Tutti Quanti, LLC. The position includes uncapped commissions and direct visibility to ownership. Day-to-Day as Director of Sales
Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting through closing, targeting both commercial enterprises and government agencies. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals, with a particular focus on government contracting (GSA) and underdeveloped market verticals. Roll up your sleeves with boots-on-the-ground prospecting, presentations, and client relationship-building. Establish and refine CRM usage (HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and reporting processes to provide visibility into pipeline and performance. Oversee the sales team, providing mentorship, clear directives, and a scalable framework for growth. Partner with leadership to align sales initiatives with operational capacity and long-term growth plans. Identify associations, events, and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and pipeline generation. What You Bring
A proven “builder” with demonstrated success in new business development and account management, consistently exceeding targets. Industry experience in document management solutions or closely related services is required. Experience developing and executing sales processes and strategies to drive growth and scalability. Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a small team while personally closing deals. Strong entrepreneurial drive and comfort building processes from the ground up in a lean, fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, utilizing CRM, sales tools and business software; think HubSpot, ZoomInfo, MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, closing and presentation skills. Comfortable with travel up to 30% to meet clients, prospects, and attend trade events. Our client is offering a base salary range of $125k - $175k,
uncapped commissions
