Overview

The role is accountable for the full end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy(s), product profitability management, pre-sales support, product compliance, product innovation and roadmap delivery. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and experience in the security domain. Accountability comes from delivering outcomes in a global matrixed environment to drive the portfolio’s success. Responsibilities

The Role : This role will be responsible for leading the portfolio of TNS’ Payment Markets Managed Security across the globe. The portfolio of products includes: 3DS (Online payments) Captcha (Online payments) Geo blocking P2PE EMV Certifications PCI-DSS TNSLink for Retail - SD-WAN security features and services Tokenization Scheme Tokenization Fraud Integration Services Other Compliance and / or Regulatory mandates (e.g. FCA, DORA) The strategic value you will bring

Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and market opportunities by establishing a clear direction for the product. Be the voice of Managed Security across the globe. Understand trends in security and what that means to TNS. Drive revenue growth, profitability growth/improvement and expand the company's market presence by delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and outpace competitors. Influential leadership: Build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organization, including the Payment Market divisional leadership team. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring products are designed and delivered with the end-user in mind. Our expectations of you include

Provide global leadership to the Global Managed Security product portfolio. Establish and maintain the product portfolio including hardware platforms, strategy and execution. Manage the product lifecycle including new product development, lifecycle planning, EOL, and sustainable support of existing products. Conduct market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case development, collateral contributions, product strategy, and product positioning. Excellent understanding and management of Profit and Loss. Vendor management – ensuring best price and value for products and services. Serve as a knowledge source in your field, including trends and technologies. Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and support teams and provide training on customer challenges with Accept, Connect, Orchestrate and Security portfolios. 10+ years of experience in product management. 7+ years of Managed Security experience. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Prior success supporting Pre-Sales activities including training and client ideation. Knowledge of electronic payments and data security best practices (PCI-DSS). Network security expertise with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and overall network security practices. Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, including incident response and threat analysis. Knowledge of latest attack vectors and social engineering tactics and technical exploits used by attackers. API security proficiency and vulnerability mitigation for API integrations. OWASP knowledge — top ten security risks and best practices for mitigating web application vulnerabilities. HSMs, Terminal Key Injection, Cloud Security Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google), and encryption knowledge (symmetric and asymmetric). Qualifications (nice to have)

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Business, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP or CISM. KPIs and qualifications

Leadership and Communication Support or lead cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and marketers. Build team capability and maintain regular communication to motivate teams to achieve goals and KPIs while fostering a culture of delivering, innovating, and collaboration. Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to executives, team members, customers, and partners. Subject Matter Expertise Detail understanding of the security industry within the outlined product sets; payments knowledge is advantageous. Product Lifecycle Management Strong background in prioritizing features, managing roadmaps, and driving development from concept to launch in a global environment. Results and Outcomes Focused Deliver measurable results and KPIs related to product success (revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, market share). Conflict Management Adapt to changing conditions and priorities in a fast-paced environment; pivot when necessary. Partnership Led Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, and industry influencers. Compensation For this role, salary range is $180,000 to $200,000. Eligible for variable pay. The actual compensation may vary by candidate knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
