Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operation with the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Guest Experience: Cultivate a welcoming environment and address guest needs promptly and professionally. Marketing and Communication: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and engagement, including "In The Know" activities. Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Event Planning: Oversee planning and execution of events, tournaments, and social activities to meet high standards and guest expectations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards. Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management. Ability to analyze and interpret complex information to improve practices or develop new approaches. Extensive wine and spirits knowledge. Strong communication skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Excellent speaking and written communication with managers, guests, and staff. Understanding P&L components and driving efficiencies within an operation. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environments. Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Attributes: Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire and lead a team. Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Compensation
Salary: $135,000-$150,000. Other forms of compensation: Bonus. Base salary, bonus structure, a $10K sign-on bonus, and relocation package offered for this role. Benefits and Equal Opportunity
