Position Title : HR Admin - LOA Support
Location : San Francisco, CA
Pay : $25-28/hour
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00pm
Contract Duration : Oct 2025 – June 2026
This temporary HR role focuses on managing Leave of Absence (LOA) processes within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and track LOA requests and documentation Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave policies and timelines Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations Maintain accurate records and support HR reporting Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions during employee leaves Qualifications
