As a General Manager , you will: Lead the restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure store success. Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations on every visit. Have total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant. What’s in it for you? Qualifications

As a candidate , you should have: Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell). A strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated success in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
