Responsibilities
Be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure both store and personal success.
Instill the Wendy’s culture within the team and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
Hold total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.

Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers: $55,000 - $69,500 per year plus Profit Sharing.
Qualifications
Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
Strong background in restaurant operations with benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence.
