Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for a high-impact product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Utilize advanced sales and negotiation techniques to expand market reach and address complex challenges

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to revenue growth

Support clients in using Rowan software for patent drafting and prosecution, leading best practices for product usage

Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

7+ years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property or similar

3+ years of IP experience related to patent drafting work

Proven ability to cultivate and manage strong customer relationships

Strong understanding of patent preparation and prosecution processes

Preferred Qualifications

Past work experience as a Patent Attorney

In-depth knowledge of USPTO patent filing requirements

Prior experience successfully selling into law firms and/or corporate legal teams
