What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary contact for a high-impact product line, cultivating and managing strong customer relationships
Utilize advanced sales and negotiation techniques to engage with high-value customers and drive market expansion
Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing significantly to revenue growth
Support clients using Rowan software for patent preparation and prosecution, leading best practices for product deployment
Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 7+ years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property
At least 3+ years of IP experience related to patent drafting work
Proven track record of successfully selling into law firms and/or corporate legal teams
In-depth knowledge of USPTO patent filing requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Past work experience as a Patent Attorney
Familiarity with advanced sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Experience in driving software adoption in legal environments
