What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain custom reports based on customer requirements using system tools

Create project scopes with accurate data, cost, and time estimates

Validate reports to ensure accuracy and quality while suggesting improvements

Manage training schedules and coordinate online training classes for customers

Explain reporting rules and calculations to clients to ensure customization meets their needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred

Minimum of 2 years of data reporting experience

Proficiency in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures

Strong critical thinking and consultative skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in EMS or healthcare reporting or analyst roles

Familiarity with Birst and Izenda BI tools

Ability to optimize queries and troubleshoot effectively

Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and flexibility

Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
