You’ll oversee operations at a site level, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from managing team performance and maintaining our top-of-the-line car washes to delivering a stellar customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing team performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. General Managers act as ambassadors of our brand in their communities, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to help expand our presence locally. Responsibilities

Oversee site-level operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and high standards of service. Manage team performance, coaching and developing staff to achieve business goals. Maintain top-of-the-line car washes and related services to deliver a superior customer experience. Collaborate with the regional Director of Operations to implement local sales strategies, training, and site performance improvements. Lead cross-functional teams (including contracted services and technical support) to meet operational goals. Engage in sales and marketing strategies to drive customer growth and improve the site’s online reputation. Adapt to changing business needs, including flexible labor planning for peak times. Ensure high standards for site condition, procurement of supplies, and resolution of any issues that arise. Empower team members with a leadership approach that emphasizes development and autonomy. Represent the company in local outreach and marketing efforts to strengthen community ties. You Could Be a Fit If You…

Have a proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume, customer-focused service environment. Have experience driving a sales-driven culture and leading teams to promote sales through superb customer service. Are skilled at optimizing team performance and coaching staff to achieve their best. Understand how to engage in sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and improve online reputation. Adapt quickly to changing needs, including labor planning for peak periods. Have excellent communication skills and can lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Are experienced in managing and resolving claims, procurement, and maintaining high site standards. Believe in empowering team members rather than micromanaging responsibilities. Are passionate about community engagement and representing the company locally. Are motivated to maintain high customer service standards and build cohesive teams. Prior Experience (Examples)

Collaborated with teams to manage supplies and replenishment. Adjusted labor schedules to meet demand and optimize site performance. Worked with technical support to address operational challenges. Participated in recruiting to ensure full staffing with qualified talent. Efforts to improve online reputation and customer engagement. Represented the company at local events to drive brand awareness. Managed and resolved damage claims to ensure fair resolutions. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Hours may vary based on operational needs and will require flexibility to accommodate peak business times. Salary
