Overview
As a General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build and develop the teams Mammoth Holdings is known for. You’ll oversee operations at a site level, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from managing team performance, maintaining our top-of-the-line car washes, to delivering a stellar customer experience. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities
Lead site operations and team performance in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. Maintain high standards for site condition and service quality, including car wash operations. Collaborate with regional leadership to implement local sales strategies (design and training) and optimize site performance. Engage in sales and marketing activities to drive customer growth and improve the site’s online reputation. Coordinate cross-functional efforts (including contracted services and technical support) to achieve operational goals. Manage procurement of site supplies and resolve damage claims when needed. Empower team members with a coaching leadership style and foster a culture of accountability rather than micromanagement. Represent the company in local outreach and marketing efforts to strengthen community presence. Drive a customer-service culture with a track record of building strong, cohesive teams. Have a proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume, customer-focused service environment. Have a track record of driving sales initiatives through superb customer service and leading teams to execute them. Are skilled at optimizing team performance, coaching, and developing team members. Understand how to engage in sales and marketing strategies to grow customers and enhance the site’s online reputation. Adapt quickly to changing business needs, including flexing labor during peak times. Have excellent communication skills and can lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Have experience managing and resolving claims, procuring site supplies, and maintaining high site standards. Lead with an empowering management philosophy and strong sense of community engagement.
