We’ve built a repeatable sales motion, the category is exploding, and we’re only just getting started. Responsibilities

Build the first outbound motion for Hyperbound with the founders Be the tip of the spear for Hyperbound’s growth — turning high-intent inbound and targeted outbound into qualified pipeline for six-figure deals Work directly with legendary Belal Batrawy to design and run a modern outbound motion (no “smile & dial” hell here — we mean creative, high-quality, targeted plays) Collaborate daily with the founders directly to test, iterate, and scale what’s working Own your territory — from research to outreach to booking meetings with senior executives at large mid-market & enterprise companies Help define the BDR playbook from scratch and be a core part of building the outbound engine that will fuel our next stage of growth Compensation

Compensation:

$120K OTE ($80k base + $40k variable) + Cash bonuses/Accelerators + Equity Who We’re Looking For

Founder-mindset BDR — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out on the fly Fun, hungry, and unafraid to experiment with bold outreach strategies Tech-savvy and curious about AI (bonus points if you tinker with AI tools for prospecting) Thrives in a high-growth, high-change environment where no two weeks look the same Previous B2B sales-tech experience is a huge plus Willing to relocate to SF (if not already in the Bay Area) Would Be a Good Fit If You
