Responsibilities
Manage the Offer Development process for non-standard deals, including financial model creation and communication of outcomes
Influence pricing and contracting strategy while balancing sales team needs with business requirements
Prepare and disseminate pricing information to Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams
Attend Quarterly Business Review meetings and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Deliver Offer Development training to sales and other functional groups as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
Strong leadership capabilities
Advanced project consulting and management skills
Expert presentation skills
Ability to influence autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma and/or Lean Training and Certification
Experience in the medical device industry
