We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Tender & Contracts Executive
to join our growing team in the marine industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in tender preparation, procurement, and contract management. Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost breakdowns. Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs to vendors; manage clarifications and technical queries. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with requirements and competitiveness. Consolidate costs (forex, materials, labour) for estimate build-up. Develop detailed cost sheets, cash flow projections, and tender submissions within deadlines. Identify critical systems/items and carry out risk assessments. Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely tender submissions. Support contract discussions, negotiations, and procurement agreements. Manage vendor contracts, delivery schedules, and milestone payments. Liaise with shipyards to ensure smooth equipment delivery and project execution. Monitor awarded project budgets, milestone invoicing, guarantees, and overall contract compliance. Prepare project post-mortem reports for management review. Handle other related tasks as assigned. Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Marine, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the
marine/offshore industry , with knowledge of cost estimation, sourcing, and tendering. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail, with good numerical and analytical skills. Knowledge of marine equipment and materials is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors. Positive, self-motivated, and meticulous team player. Willing to travel overseas (Indonesia, Taiwan, and other regions). Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to
