Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer
Overview The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing, and implementation support. Responsibilities cover application customizations and enhancements, integrations and interfaces, conversions, reporting, and business/technical automated workflows. Possesses functional business process knowledge in one or more HR areas (Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Works with expert knowledge of IT architectures including SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies, databases, networking, and security principles to interpret business requirements and design and develop technology architecture. May lead project and work teams and mentor others, providing guidance in tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborates with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to create end-to-end experiences from proof of concept to final product. Responsibilities Lead technical development across the SDLC for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Develop, customize, and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud and related ERP applications; design data interfaces, conversions, and reporting solutions. Apply knowledge of HR business processes in Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. Architect and implement solutions using SaaS/PaaS cloud technologies, databases, networking, and security best practices. Mentor and guide project teams; share expertise on tools, standards, and best practices; collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer 2+ years supporting finance, HR, supply chain or payroll modules of large ERP (Kronos and Time Attendance) 4+ years with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services Experience with test automation and CI tools (e.g., Hudson) Strong public cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google, OpenStack) Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related IS/healthcare field 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance 6+ years supporting Kronos WFM applications (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics) 4+ years with custom Kronos report development (SSRS) 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement) Experience with HCM Cloud Tech: Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports (BIP/OTBI), Extracts, Fast Formulas Experience with middleware and integration patterns (preferably Oracle Integration Cloud) Experience in HCM personalization and page customization Hands-on SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud issues Support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and best practices to optimize performance Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development Experience with Redwood pages customization and API development/management
