Overview

Global Sales Manager, Major Markets for ADP. Sell ADP Solutions to US Headquartered Enterprise Accounts (1000-3000 employees) to address their Human Capital Management needs globally. Position based in the Geographical Northeast, Northern New Jersey and north; international training travel and domestic territory up to 30% may be required. Responsibilities

Manage a territory of named Enterprise Accounts and sell the full suite of ADP solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, Tax and Finance Solutions, Pre-employment Services and Retirement Services. Develop a short- and long-term business plan to attain and exceed assigned quota and exemplify client-centric partnership. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Substantial experience as a Major Account District Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role selling to top executive levels. Preferred Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of MAS and/or NAS payroll products and services. Proven sales record with quotas; proficiency in Account Plan development and related sales strategies for Major Accounts. Proficiency in all hosted/multi-line solutions that ADP offers; knowledge of product capabilities versus competitors. Strong hunter sales skills, broad management knowledge, and ability to lead with or without direct authority. Demonstrated history of forging strong relationships to impact sales. Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. Some roles include bonus, equity, or commissions.
