As a

Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative III - Floater , you will represent the

face of care and diagnostic excellence

across multiple patient service centers. This position requires

advanced phlebotomy skills

with the ability to perform collections in both

clinical and forensic settings . The floater role demands

flexibility, punctuality, and superior patient service skills , as you will cover multiple locations with minimal notice.

Key Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy collections (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary) Verify patient identification and specimen labeling at point of collection Document patient demographics and collection details accurately Maintain safe, clean, and professional work environments Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust Travel to various service centers and physician offices as assigned Maintain compliance with all company, federal, and state policies Required Experience

3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Minimum 2 years working in a

Patient Service Center environment

(preferred) Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred Data entry and computer proficiency Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent required Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA - not required in GA) Required Skills

Advanced phlebotomy proficiency Superior customer focus and professionalism Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and a

clean driving record Preferred Skills
