Claims Representative

The Claims Representative is responsible for managing and resolving vehicle damage claims involving rental customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of claims while maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance with company policies. This position is 100% onsite in downtown Tulsa, OK. Parking is paid for and pay will range between $20 and $21/hr. This posi5tion is direct hire, permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and evaluate vehicle damage claims, including gathering documentation, photos, and statements. Communicate with customers, insurance companies, repair vendors, and legal teams to facilitate claim resolution. Determine liability and coverage based on rental agreements, insurance policies, and applicable laws. Maintain detailed records of claims activity in the company's claims management system. Coordinate vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion and return to fleet. Monitor claim trends and escalate potential fraud or high-risk cases. Collaborate with field operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent handling of claims. Provide regular updates and reporting to management on claim status and performance metrics. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in claims handling, insurance, or automotive services is strongly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software. Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance terminology is a plus.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $21.00 per hour
