Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• In-depth knowledge and strong hands-on experience on:
• AWS Lambda - Python/Java/Node.js
• Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
• Amazon Connect\'s Precision routing schema
• Amazon Connect\'s API
• Amazon Integration with API
• Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
• Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
• LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAI
• Amazon Connect Contact Flow design
• Good to have hands-on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Interpersonal Skills

• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
• Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance due to fast pace and high-volume of work
