In-depth knowledge and strong hands-on experience on AWS Lambda – Python/Java/Node.js Experience with Amazon Connect SDK Amazon Connect’s Precision routing schema Amazon Connect’s API Amazon Integration with JPMC API Lex – chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda) Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAI Amazon Connect Contact Flow design Good to have hands-on experience in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 8 years Hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda (Python/Java/Node.js) Experience with Amazon Connect SDK and API Experience with Amazon Connect’s Precision routing schema Experience with Lex chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda) Experience with Bedrock (Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore) Experience with LLM platforms (Nova, Claude, OpenAI) Amazon Connect Contact Flow design Nice to have: Cloud & Container technologies (AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment and manage pace with limited guidance Ability to communicate with clients directly and report to client/offshore Flexibility to work on different shifts and stretch
