JD for Amazon Connect Developer with LEX, AWS Lambda, Routing Schema, Bedrock & LLM

Responsibilities In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on the following technologies:

AWS Lambda – Python/Java/Node.js

Experience with Amazon Connect SDK

Amazon Connect’s Precision routing schema

Amazon Connect’s API

Amazon Integration with JPMC API

Lex – chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)

Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore

LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAI

Amazon Connect Contact Flow design

Good to have a hand on in Cloud & Container technologies:

AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Interpersonal & Qualifications

Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment

Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team

Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore

Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
