No Experience Required! We\'ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You\'ll delight customers with our simple system, so customers keep coming back. This is a full-time role with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. We provide: a stable and consistent working schedule, all your cleaning supplies, all your training, all your cleaning appointments, your housekeeper polo shirt, and a company car while you work so you don\'t have to put miles on yours. Pay: Wages generally ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour — dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner. Opportunity to earn up to $600.00 per week. Paid training at $12.41 per hour. Weekly paychecks. Opportunity to earn paid time off, up to 5 days per year after 1 year of employment.

What you will be responsible for: Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards.

• Follow our process and you\'ll delight every customer. You may earn tips as well. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Our team members work with customers; you will also be part of a team. If you\'re a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team\'s schedule and drive safely.
• The team lead is responsible for driving the team to the cleaning sites and maintaining equipment.
• The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Must be able to communicate well with clients.
