As a Warehouse Transportation Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you'll oversee daily shuttle operations between our distribution center and our client's manufacturing site. Your coordination ensures timely deliveries, smooth communication, and real-time problem solving that keeps supply chains moving. Your start time will be 6 AM, with flexibility required to meet evolving business needs. At Kuehne+Nagel, your work drives more than logistics-it powers everyday success.

How you create impact

Manage shuttle dispatch from KN distribution centers to the client's manufacturing site.

Serve as the primary contact for daily transportation operations and customer escalations.

Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and internal safety standards.

Maintain clear communication across clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Oversee transport documentation from order initiation through billing.

Report daily on service levels, exceptions, and operational performance.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Assist with training and onboarding of new dispatch staff as needed.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in transportation management or logistics

3+ years in transportation dispatch, scheduling, or logistics coordination

2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards

Proficient in TMS platforms such as Swiftlog, or OTM

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible to work holidays as needed
