What you can expect to be doing: Provides strategic consultation to help client understand the research questions/methodologies to address key business challenges Seeks to understand how research fits into broader category/brand growth plans Leads the client to a better design despite possible push-back Exercises strong leadership skills in interactions with clients Builds strong relationships with clients and leverages category/brand expertise to influence client’s thinking on research design, insights and implications, as well as overall business decision making Identifies opportunities to deliver a more holistic solution via integrating a myriad of relevant knowledge sources This might be the job for you if you have: Completed Bachelor’s Degree; master’s level education an asset At least 3+ years of market research experience Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy Data savvy with attention to detail Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong client service orientation Ability to manage complex budgets and create/manage project plans, schedules, and budgets Motivated, self-directed, and capable of meeting tight deadlines Thrives in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if they do not meet 100% of the requirements. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors including location, experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
